Account Manager – Communications & Integrated Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join Thrive’s Auckland team. The role will focus on building trusted client relationships and delivering integrated communications campaigns across earned media, social, influencer and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high‑quality service and timely execution.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns that combine earned media, social, influencer and digital tactics.
• Collaborate closely with the local New Zealand team and Thrive colleagues in Australia to align strategy and resources.
• Prepare client reports, meeting agendas and work‑in‑progress updates.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting new pitches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management within a communications or marketing agency.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, hybrid environment.
• Curiosity about culture, communications and creativity.

Required skills

• Experience planning and executing earned‑media, social and influencer campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Project management and organisational abilities.
