Account Executive – SaaS/Tech

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Account Executive to join our fast‑growing sales team. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing, helping our clients in the SaaS and technology sectors achieve their growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, product demos, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet quarterly targets.
• Consult with prospects to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
• Navigate complex decision‑making units and drive the negotiation process to secure signatures.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and activity logs in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Executive in a closing role, preferably within SaaS or technology.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly resilient, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
