About the role

We are seeking an experienced Academic Researcher to support the development of next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will apply rigorous research methods and high‑quality document handling to shape how models learn and reason.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research and analysis in your area of expertise, delivering evidence‑based insights.
• Prepare, format, and review complex Word and PDF documents using advanced features such as tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals—to meet diverse project needs.
• Translate complex research findings into clear reports and presentations that meet Fortune 500 standards.
• Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with designated guidelines in all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
• Proven ability to produce client‑ready outputs in a remote, deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.

• Advanced PDF editing (form filling, data extraction).
