About the role
Join Hapu Ora as a Youth Support Worker and make a real difference for tamariki and rangatahi. You will provide 24/7 care in a safe, nurturing home environment, guided by calm leadership and tikanga Māori.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver continuous, high‑quality care to children and youth.
- Apply tikanga Māori principles to create a culturally respectful setting.
- Maintain a safe and supportive home environment.
- Collaborate with a caring whānau team to ensure wellbeing.
