Workplace Manager – Southern Region

About the role

The Workplace Manager for the Southern region will lead the delivery of high‑quality workplace services across ANZ’s corporate property portfolio in New Zealand. You will create welcoming, inclusive environments that enable employees to collaborate and work effectively, while supporting the bank’s broader cultural and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day workplace operations and ensure a seamless experience for employees and visitors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Oversee contracts and vendor relationships for Hospitality, Front‑of‑House and Back‑of‑House services.
• Drive innovation, cost‑efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Use occupancy data and workplace insights to inform decisions and optimise space utilisation.
• Maintain accurate reporting on workplace performance and compliance with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with FOH teams and Workplace Partners to plan and execute engaging workplace events and activation programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing workplace or facilities operations within a corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Experience managing external vendors and service contracts.
• Commitment to health, safety and sustainability standards.
