Workplace Experience Officer – Wellington CBD

About the role

Join a premium corporate environment in the heart of Wellington CBD as a Workplace Experience Officer. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, delivering a seamless and welcoming office experience while supporting day‑to‑day operations on a permanent 30‑hour week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑of‑house and visitor services, ensuring a professional first impression.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering, audiovisual equipment and workplace bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
• Support facilities management, maintenance scheduling, compliance reporting and general office administration.
• Monitor service standards, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement of workplace operations.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, reception, workplace experience, customer service, facilities or corporate support roles.
• Confident, professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong planning, administration and time‑management abilities.
• Solutions‑focused, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and positive workplace experiences.
