About the role
Woolworths Group is seeking a Workforce Excellence Coach to embed its national workforce planning roadmap across its store network. You will work closely with store managers and above‑store leaders to build capability in forecasting, scheduling and rostering, ensuring the right team is in the right place at the right time for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑the‑job coaching to store managers and function leaders on sales, item and labour forecasting.
- Embed effective rostering principles and monitor adherence to workforce management rules and collective agreements.
- Design and deliver training on technical workforce planning tools and processes.
- Analyse statistical reports and data‑mining tools to identify root causes of roster inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with store teams to resolve process breakdowns, escalating major issues to the National Workforce Planning Manager.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to varied operational environments and influence store leadership.
