About the role
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our IT team in Albany, Auckland. You will work closely with product, marketing and design teams to build and maintain high‑performance web experiences for our global audience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, customize and maintain WordPress sites using PHP and modern front‑end technologies.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, fast‑loading web pages.
- Create and modify themes, plugins, hooks and filters to meet functional requirements.
- Optimize site performance, speed and SEO‑friendly structure.
- Troubleshoot bugs, refine workflows and improve overall site functionality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver regular updates and new features.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in WordPress or front‑end development.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
