Winery Technician

About the role

Vinarchy is seeking a Winery Technician to join its winemaking team. Working closely with the Assistant Winery Manager and the Winemaking Team, you will help coordinate daily cellar activities, support training initiatives, and maintain a safe, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily winery operations, ensuring tasks are planned, compliant, and efficiently executed.
• Provide technical expertise to optimise equipment performance and processing efficiency.
• Coordinate cellar training, maintain records, and deliver inductions for continuous learning.
• Mentor cellar staff, drive continuous improvement, and foster a safe, engaging workplace.
• Uphold quality, safety, and environmental standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations.

Required profile

• Technical expertise with winery tools, machinery and equipment.
• Experience in wine production, including prior vintage experience.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership capability.
• Ability to train others and maintain high operational standards.
• Competency in Windows‑based systems and meticulous attention to detail.
