Welcomer – Guest Service Ambassador

About the role

The Welcomer is the face of Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, greeting every guest personally and creating memorable first impressions. You will guide guests to their rooms, prepare welcome amenities and host VIPs in the Te Kaahu Lounge, ensuring a 5‑star experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests by name, share the hotel’s story and cultural values.
• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with any immediate requests.
• Prepare and present welcome amenities for VIP and loyalty members.
• Maintain immaculate grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to deliver seamless service.
• Uphold confidentiality, integrity and brand standards at all times.

Required profile

• Outgoing, people‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds, including non‑native English speakers.
• Willingness to work rotating AM and PM shifts on a flexible roster.
• Commitment to delivering 5‑star service and representing the hotel’s values.
