About the role

DataAnnotation is seeking experienced web developers to join its AI training platform. As a Web Application Developer – AI Trainer, you will create and solve coding challenges that help improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models, with a focus on Android development and modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that influences the next generation of AI models.
• Collaborate remotely with a global community of engineers and data scientists.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder, or programmer.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
