Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

Lead a dynamic team in a temperature‑controlled warehouse, overseeing around 30 storepersons and two supervisors. This permanent, onsite position focuses on leadership, planning, coordination and clear communication while maintaining a visible presence on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular feedback, coaching and day‑to‑day assistance to help team members succeed.
• Set clear direction, allocate resources and manage staffing to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with managers, team leaders and supervisors to strengthen overall distribution centre performance.
• Maintain a Sunday‑to‑Wednesday roster (4:00 am – 2:30 pm) and stay connected to daily operations.

Required profile

• Passionate people leader who builds strong relationships and fosters an inclusive team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate openly, follow through on commitments and earn trust.
• Experience leading teams in a distribution centre, warehousing or similar operational setting.
• Proven track record of developing high‑performing, engaged teams.
