Warehouse & Retail Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse & Retail Assistant to join Collective Shoes in Onehunga. The role combines picking and packing online orders with in‑store support, ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and accurately. This position is essential to keep the flow between our e‑commerce platform and the physical store, supporting both inventory management and the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare online orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as receiving, organizing and labeling inventory.
• Provide in‑store assistance on Sundays, including customer service and stock replenishment.
• Keep the work area tidy and follow health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet fast‑paced operational targets.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability and ability to work on‑site.
• Willingness to work Sundays as required.
• Comfortable handling physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
• Reliable, able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
