Warehouse Person – Part‑time with Forklift Licence (optional)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Person to join our team on a part‑time basis. The role involves handling gas cylinders and related equipment, supporting both internal and external customers, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Safe handling, movement, dispatch and receipting of gas cylinders and associated gear.
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for delivery or collection.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and a tidy, safe work environment.
• Assisting customers with enquiries, processing phone orders and over‑the‑counter sales.

Required profile

• Strong customer service attitude with a professional approach.
• Physically fit and able to perform regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Commitment to workplace safety and correct manual handling practices.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills for order processing and stock control.
• Current OSH Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential.
