Warehouse Operations Coordinator

About the role

ABB is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support its Napier warehouse team. You will ensure the smooth flow of goods, services and information between the warehouse and the manufacturing unit while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consumable stock levels and trigger replenishment when needed.
• Assist with stock investigations, resolve discrepancies and own the cyclic stock‑take process.
• Coordinate and track non‑conformance reports (NCR) and corrective actions.
• Generate purchase requisitions and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update SAP and other systems.
• Upload and maintain HSE training records and support health, safety and wellbeing processes.

Required profile

• Proficiency with SAP and strong data‑entry accuracy.
• Understanding of current health and safety legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Relevant qualification in logistics, business administration, supply chain or similar (preferred).
• Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
