Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between our warehouse operations and assigned customers. You will ensure smooth order processing, accurate inventory management and timely communication of delivery status.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for warehouse customers, handling enquiries on inventory, deliveries and order status.
• Process inbound and outbound orders in the Warehouse Management System, coordinating picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies and arrange transport bookings for outbound shipments.
• Prepare and maintain delivery documentation, ensuring compliance with NZ Customs and MPI requirements.
• Oversee billing for storage, handling and value‑added services, assist with invoice preparation and resolve queries.
• Identify service improvement opportunities, support onboarding of new clients and participate in customer review meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in warehousing or forwarding operations.
• At least 2 years customer‑service experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
