Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our Parnell warehouse. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday with some flexibility during peak periods, supporting a friendly, purpose‑driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, barcode and store incoming stock safely.
• Pick and pack customer and store orders to high standards.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System and follow workflow processes.
• Maintain tidy, organised and safe warehouse spaces.
• Use warehouse equipment such as order pickers and pallet jacks.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support stocktakes, inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Perform general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Great attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Clear communication and ability to work as part of a close‑knit team.
• Physically fit, comfortable standing for long periods and lifting stock.
• Full driver’s licence preferred.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (training provided).
• Barcoding and stock handling.
• Operation of order pickers and pallet jacks.
