About the role

Join H&M’s fast‑paced fashion business as a Visual Merchandiser on a 12‑month parental‑leave secondment. You will create inspiring store environments that encourage customers to explore their personal style while supporting the store team to deliver the brand’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure garment presentation follows the Commercial Handbook and delivers strong visual inspiration.
• Maintain high‑level styling in windows and indoor displays.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to maximise commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
• Deliver visual and commercial training to all store colleagues.
• Identify and nurture future Visual Merchandiser talent for succession.
• Plan workload according to business needs and commercial planner.
• Uphold safety, security and administrative procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion trends and creating inspiring retail environments.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills to develop the store team.
• Excellent communication style with both colleagues and customers.
• Customer‑centric mindset with proven results in visual merchandising.
• Organisational ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
