Visual Communications Specialist

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to join its Group Communications & Community team in Hamilton, New Zealand. You will create visual content that supports the company’s global strategy, culture, and initiatives across a range of media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative production, including graphic design, videography, photography, print, basic animation and motion graphics.
• Translate business priorities and complex ideas into engaging visual experiences.
• Identify proactive opportunities for visual media to enhance communication outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Group Communications & Community team to develop concepts that engage internal and external audiences.
• Design and support flagship internal events, from concept and theming through live production and pack‑down.
• Produce print‑ready collateral such as brochures, newsletters, signage, large‑format graphics and presentations.
• Share ideas and align visual approaches with creative teams across Gallagher Security and Gallagher Animal Management.
• Help evolve the Group visual identity by drawing inspiration from related business units.

Required profile

• Highly capable graphic designer and videographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling.
• Proactive, curious creative who sees visual media as a solution to communication challenges.
