Good Group Limited is seeking a dynamic Venue Manager to lead its iconic waterfront butchery venue in Auckland CBD. You will be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for guests while fostering a vibrant team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the waterfront venue, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Inspire and manage a dedicated team to uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Design and implement guest‑experience initiatives that leave a lasting impression.
• Maintain brand standards, health and safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic improvements and growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or venue management, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Auckland and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
