About the role
EY is looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join the EY Grants Accelerator (EYGA) team. You will shape intuitive, accessible digital experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications that support grant administration, financial tracking, and regulatory compliance across Oceania.
Key responsibilities
- Design and validate user experiences for web and mobile platforms, emphasizing discovery‑led design.
- Develop platform‑aware UX solutions for low‑code, CRM, and cloud environments.
- Ensure accessibility compliance and alignment with design systems.
- Manage design hand‑off and delivery governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, business analysts, and change teams.
- Lead discovery activities such as user interviews, workshops, observations, and usability testing.
- Translate business and technical requirements into user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and design system implementation.
- Ability to work in multi‑phase digital and cloud transformation programmes.
