Travel Consultant Graduate Program

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Graduate Program as Travel Consultants in Auckland. Over six months you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, culminating in a permanent client‑facing travel consultant position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist corporate clients with booking and managing travel itineraries.
• Utilise Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to source flights, hotels and ground transport.
• Apply fare‑bucket knowledge and travel jargon to provide accurate quotations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the booking process.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to streamline workflow and adopt automation tools.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and enthusiasm to learn.
• Recent graduate or candidate with a travel‑related qualification, or anyone with limited experience in travel/hospitality.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) or willingness to be trained on such systems.
