Transformation Consultant

About the role

The Transformation Consultant will join Woolworths Group’s NZ Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to turn high‑level strategies into actionable programmes that improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Shape, plan and deliver transformation initiatives that align with core business objectives.
• Analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows to boost performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into clear implementation plans.
• Develop cost‑benefit analyses and business cases to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Contribute to the Community of Practice by creating knowledge artefacts and standardised methodologies.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to keep transformation approaches cutting‑edge.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering organisational transformation, consulting or organisational design.
• Proven track record in process redesign and end‑to‑end change programmes.
• Experience in the public sector, large commercial enterprises or leading consulting practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
