About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join Coversure Financial Services Limited as Trainee Financial Advisers. This on‑site, full‑time position in Manukau, Auckland offers a unique “earn while you learn” model, allowing you to develop real advisory experience from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programmes to acquire financial advisory knowledge.
- Support senior advisers in client interactions and product presentations.
- Build a personal client base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Achieve sales targets that directly influence your earnings.
Required profile
- Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help clients.
- High level of motivation, ambition and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn finance concepts without prior experience.

What we offer
- Uncapped earning potential with a salary range of $80,000–$110,000 per year, progressing to $150,000 by year three.
- Full training and mentorship to become a qualified financial adviser.
