Trading Manager – Stationery & Technology

About the role

The Trading Manager will lead the Stationery shop floor, including the print & copy centre and the Entertainment & Technology area within a Warehouse store. You will ensure the store meets merchandising standards, trading plans and delivers an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Stationery, Print & Copy, Entertainment and Technology sections.
• Maintain blueprint and merchandising standards, including planograms.
• Execute trading plans, monitor pricing integrity and product availability.
• Lead and develop the teams in these areas.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and assume full store responsibility when required.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to interpret and execute plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and a profitable store.
