Trade Marketing Manager – Licensed Channel

About the role

Join the Coca‑Cola Europacific team in Auckland as a Trade Marketing Manager for the Licensed channel. You will act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, driving brand visibility and growth across mixers, non‑alcoholic beverages, RTDs and premium spirits in retail and on‑premise liquor outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver always‑on communications and marketing toolkits for the Field Sales team.
• Create sell‑in materials for head‑office customers and define in‑store success criteria (range, merchandising, POS).
• Plan and execute a calendar of brand activations in collaboration with Brand and Licensed Sales teams.
• Manage projects from brief to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Maintain alignment with channel strategy and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of FMCG trade or shopper marketing experience, preferably in New Zealand.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and able to adapt quickly to internal systems.
