Trade Marketing Manager – Licensed Channel

About the role

Join the Coca‑Cola Europacific team in New Zealand as a Trade Marketing Manager for the Licensed channel. In this full‑time hybrid position you will bridge Marketing and Sales to drive brand visibility and growth across mixers, non‑alcoholic drinks, RTDs and premium spirits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and rollout of always‑on communications and marketing toolkits for the Field Sales team, ensuring consistency and high execution standards.
• Develop sell‑in materials for head‑office customers and define the in‑store “Picture of Success” (range, merchandising, POS).
• Deliver a calendar of brand activations in partnership with Brand and Licensed Sales teams.
• Manage projects and timelines, adapting quickly to CCEP systems and processes.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of FMCG trade or shopper marketing experience, preferably in New Zealand.
• Customer‑focused, proactive with strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
• Alignment with channel strategy and commercial objectives.
