Trade Drive Thru Team Member (Part‑time)

About the role
Join the Trade Drive‑Thru team at Mitre 10 MEGA Kapiti on a part‑time basis. You will support trade customers by handling deliveries, maintaining the drive‑thru area and providing friendly service during afternoon and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist trade customers with loading and unloading of goods.
- Perform heavy lifting, cleaning and general yard work as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and safe drive‑thru environment.
- Provide accurate product information and help customers locate building materials.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused attitude with professional behaviour.
- Practical knowledge of building products and materials.
- Physically capable of regular heavy lifting.
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence; forklift licence is an advantage.
- Availability to work afternoons (3 pm‑6 pm) and weekend days.
Required skills
- Forklift operation (advantageous).
