Tracking Coordinator – Fixed‑term (till Feb 2027)

About the role

Wētā Workshop is seeking a Tracking Coordinator to manage the flow of components arriving from suppliers, vendors and partners. This fixed‑term position (until February 2027) supports the manufacturing pipeline for large‑scale prop and costume projects.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, count and record incoming pieces from external partners.
• Maintain accurate tracking records, including quantities, condition and project allocation, using schedules provided by Art Direction and Production.
• Cross‑check deliveries against purchase orders, manifests and project requirements.
• Identify and escalate missing, damaged or incorrect items.
• Monitor delivery status and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Produce summary reports and keep clear documentation to ensure project visibility.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing or a coordination role.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational abilities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Confident communication skills.
• Physical fitness to assist with moving equipment and materials.
