Tools Sales Representative

About the role

As a Tool Sales Representative you will drive growth and profitability of Sulco’s tools and equipment business. You will deliver exceptional customer service across your territory, building lasting relationships while developing your sales career in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other GPC companies to maintain and expand market share.
• Plan and execute weekly sales activities and customer visits to maximise performance.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and ensure stock levels meet customer needs.
• Promote current product lines and seasonal promotions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Contribute to a safety‑first culture, performing lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving as required.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Interest or experience in the automotive industry and aftermarket parts.
• Mechanically minded with solid understanding of automotive tools and equipment.
• Strong relationship‑building ability and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• High work ethic and determination to drive sales.
