Territory Manager - New Zealand Sales

About the role

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Territory Manager for its New Zealand Sales team, based in Dunedin. This is a permanent, fixed-term position from July 2026 until August 2027. The company offers flexible work arrangements and a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Territory planning and performance: use data to identify performance drivers and opportunities, then develop and run store and territory plans.
• Customer engagement: build relationships with buyers, owners, managers and store teams, and tailor communication to each store's needs.
• Selling and influencing: share recommendations confidently and secure distribution, ranging and display opportunities.
• Merchandising: execute merchandising standards, relays and planograms accurately and on time, keeping products well stocked and visible.
• Manage routines, time and priorities across multiple stores, seek feedback and keep improving.
• Follow all Kraft Heinz food safety, environmental, health and safety, ethical and human resources policies.

Required profile

• Experience interpreting, selling and presenting with data and insights.
• Effective retail execution: identifying sales opportunities, interpreting simple store data and giving clear recommendations.
• Strong relationships built through active listening and adaptable communication.
• Organised, resilient and able to work independently, in a team and under tight deadlines.
• Commercially astute and committed to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Competent in Excel and able to interpret basic data outputs.
• Sales and commercial skills supported by the Regional Field Sales Manager.
