Territory Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Territory Manager to join Synergy Consulting Group in Christchurch. The role focuses on selling medical devices, providing theatre support, delivering clinical education and building strong relationships with surgeons across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of medical devices to hospitals and surgical centres.
• Provide on‑site theatre support during procedures to ensure optimal product performance.
• Deliver clinical education and training to surgical teams and staff.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with the high‑performing team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a supportive culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clinical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with surgeons.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a hybrid work setting.
