Territory Manager – Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Territory Manager to represent Samsung’s consumer electronics portfolio across key retail partners in South Auckland and Hamilton. The role focuses on building strong retailer relationships, driving brand engagement and supporting sales performance in a fast‑moving market, while ensuring Samsung’s standards are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail stores within a structured call cycle, conducting regular visits and follow‑ups to maintain visibility.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with store staff and leadership to promote Samsung products and increase market share.
• Drive sales through product advocacy, in‑store training sessions, and effective merchandising techniques.
• Ensure Samsung’s brand, visual and merchandising standards are consistently applied across all locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve retail execution, gather insights and share recommendations with the regional team.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns, coordinating activities with retail partners to maximise impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Territory Manager, preferably within consumer electronics.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Background in retail, territory sales or a related field.
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence, personal vehicle and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
