Technical Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the Infrastructure and Service Delivery team at our central Auckland office. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will provide second‑level support, manage vendor relationships and help meet IT service level agreements across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑level support for desktop technology, applications and end‑user devices.
• Manage third‑party vendors to ensure best‑practice service delivery.
• Provide direct PC and laptop support and conduct end‑user training.
• Respond to “How‑do‑I?” queries and handle escalations from the 1st‑level service desk.
• Assist with asset, contract and procurement management and maintain support documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Service Desk or IT support experience.
• Experience in financial services is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Required skills

• Management, configuration and monitoring of end‑user devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Citrix.
• Configuration and monitoring of cloud services such as Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Intune Company Portal.
