About the role
Northpower is seeking a Technical Advisor to lead operational safety, risk management and technical excellence across its manufacturing and logistics teams. The position is based on‑site in Palmerston North Central and involves mentoring field staff to maintain high performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure operational safety across all activities.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks in daily operations.
- Promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide field staff on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project delivery.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Leadership and project‑management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
