About the role

As a Team Leader at Metro Pubs you will lead by example, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience. You will support the management team, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during busy shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Deputise for the management team, handling any issues that arise in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate staff to maintain a seamless service flow.
• Ensure the bar area is safe, legal, clean, and any concerns are addressed promptly.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and product quality.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, especially when serving drinks.
• Ability to act as a role model for excellent service.
• Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
