Team Leader – Pub

About the role

As a Team Leader in one of our Metro Pubs you will lead the shift team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a memorable experience for every guest. You will act as the right‑hand to the manager, stepping in whenever needed and keeping the venue running like clockwork.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift team, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and safety throughout the pub.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist the management team in the absence of a manager.
• Organise and coordinate staff during busy periods to optimise workflow.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering perfect service.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
• Good spoken and written English to understand allergen controls and safety procedures.
