About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Leader Electricians to join our operations in Balclutha, Otago. In this full‑time on‑site position you will guide an experienced group of electricians, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards. You will work closely with project managers to coordinate electrical work across multiple sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, allocate and oversee daily electrical tasks to meet project timelines.
- Provide hands‑on support and technical guidance to team members.
- Lead an experienced team of electricians, setting them up to work at their best.
- Monitor progress and resolve technical issues promptly.
Required profile
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and support a trades team on‑site.
- Commitment to full‑time, on‑site work in Balclutha.
