Team Leader, EdenSleep Clinic Hamilton

About the role

EdenSleep, the New Zealand branch of ResMed, is looking for a Team Leader to manage its small team at the Hamilton EdenSleep clinic. The role sits within the clinic's customer service and sales function, reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, and focuses on motivating the team to help people improve their sleep health.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm trading hours) with rotating Saturdays, and training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver results for patients' sleep health
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards, driving revenue, business growth and market reputation
• Achieve relevant sales budgets and recommend improvements to service and practice delivery
• Coach team members, support and manage their performance
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and training
• Carry out the client follow-up programme and prepare and send reports
• Keep the clinic tidy, including stock take, filing and cleanliness
• Maintain, reprocess and check trial equipment
• Liaise with third parties as needed

Required profile

• Previous success managing the performance, training and development of a team
• Experience in a retail, sales, customer service or healthcare role
• Ability to recruit and motivate a team, and to lead others through change
• Strong customer service orientation and calmness under pressure
• Training and coaching skills
• Adaptable communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Previous healthcare or pharmacy experience is highly regarded
