Team Leader - Cold Storage Facility

About the role

Lineage, a temperature-controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions provider, is recruiting a Team Leader for its Sulphur Point cold storage facility. The position is responsible for the efficient use of staff and for ensuring product movement targets are met, working closely with the operations supervisor.

Required profile

• Able to demonstrate effective leadership to meet organisational goals
• Energetic, enthusiastic attitude with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Physically fit with a good work record
• Previous cold storage experience is an advantage
• Counterbalance licence as a minimum; Reach Truck licence is an advantage

Required skills

• Inventory barcode scanning experience
• Proficient numeracy and analytical skills
• Good customer relations
• Excellent planning and problem-solving ability
