Team Leader – Bakery (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join a leading UK bakery brand as a Team Leader and help drive daily store performance. You will lead a friendly team, ensure high‑quality food and beverage preparation, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a busy Warrington location.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of food and beverages to maintain consistency and presentation standards.
• Assist in smooth store operations during shifts, including customer flow, stock replenishment and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, register transactions and end‑of‑shift till reconciliation.
• Monitor service times, ensuring quick, accurate order fulfilment.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a team‑leader role, preferably within retail or hospitality.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong collaboration skills with store managers and team members.
• Motivation to grow within the organisation and contribute innovative ideas.
