Teach English in China – Graduate Program (Entry‑Level)

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will deliver engaging lessons to young learners aged 3‑16, using the company’s award‑winning curriculum and digital teaching tools. This full‑time, entry‑level position includes visa sponsorship, training and a clear pathway for professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑energy English lessons to classes of children aged 3‑16.
• Utilise English 1’s curriculum, digital platforms and teaching resources to create interactive learning experiences.
• Provide constructive feedback, assess student progress and support confidence building.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and extracurricular programs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and adhere to school policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to China.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
