About the role

Abano Healthcare, one of Australasia’s largest dental support organisations, is seeking a Talent Engagement Business Partner to lead clinician recruitment across a defined region. The role partners directly with operational leaders to shape workforce planning, build proactive talent pipelines, and ensure clinics have the clinicians they need to thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of dental clinics, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with regional and clinical leaders to understand workforce demand and develop hiring strategies aligned with growth plans.
• Act as trusted advisor on recruitment strategy, providing market insights on clinician supply, remuneration trends and availability.
• Collaborate with specialist sourcing teams to build domestic and international candidate pipelines and maintain curated talent pools.
• Represent Abano and its partner clinics to prospective clinicians, guiding candidates through the recruitment process and supporting offer, onboarding and relocation where required.
• Track recruitment metrics, monitor pipeline health and use data to improve hiring outcomes and forecast workforce needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or talent partnering.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a region.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse recruitment metrics.
