About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Wilderness Motorhomes in Auckland Airport. This part‑time position (24 hours per week) will play a key role in supporting our growth by attracting and hiring top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and promote the company’s employer brand.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within a 24‑hour weekly schedule.
