Systems Engineer – Managed Services Provider

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Systems Engineer to join a fast‑growing managed IT services provider in Mount Wellington. The role is client‑facing, combining remote and onsite support, escalation handling and project delivery across a diverse New Zealand and Australian customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1‑3 support for multiple client environments, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint, server and networking issues.
• Deliver remote assistance and onsite hardware troubleshooting, including configuration and repair.
• Support core Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID and Intune.
• Assist with migrations, onboarding/off‑boarding, and other project work.
• Maintain accurate documentation and time‑tracking records.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of IT experience, preferably in a managed services environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Auckland.
