About the role
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure IT professional to join Plumbing World’s technology team in Auckland CBD. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and enhancing our on‑premise cloud infrastructure, ensuring that critical services remain reliable and performant.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for on‑premise cloud systems and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, performance and capacity, responding to incidents promptly.
- Implement enhancements and upgrades to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver critical technology solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in infrastructure and systems administration.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
