Surveyor Graduate Program 2027 – New Zealand

About the role

ACCIONA is offering a Surveyor Graduate position as part of its 2027 Graduate Program in New Zealand. The role provides recent graduates with hands‑on experience on construction projects across Auckland and the wider region, while rotating through three different business areas to build a broad skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑site surveying activities and support project delivery.
• Assist senior engineers with data collection, site layout and measurement tasks.
• Rotate through three distinct project rotations to gain exposure to different aspects of infrastructure development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to safety and quality processes.
• Attend national induction, boot‑camp and monthly learning sessions with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in surveying, civil engineering or a related field.
• Graduated between 2024 and 2026 and eligible to work in New Zealand (resident/citizen or appropriate work rights).
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally and interstate for construction projects.
• Mobility, flexibility and a strong interest in sustainable infrastructure.
