Supporter Development Lead

About the role

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking a motivated Supporter Development Lead to join its Fundraising & Communications team. In this permanent full‑time position you will lead supporter engagement, inspire giving and deepen connections to CAP’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a high‑quality supporter engagement experience that makes supporters feel valued and connected to CAP’s mission.
• Plan and execute targeted acquisition, reactivation and conversion calling campaigns to increase one‑off and regular giving income.
• Accurately process donations, generate reports and complete essential fundraising administration tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to lead a variety of fundraising initiatives and activities.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to ensure transparency and effectiveness in fundraising efforts.

Required profile

• Strong alignment with CAP’s Christian philosophy, culture and values.
• Excellent phone skills and confidence in driving donor engagement through all call types.
• Ability to use data insights to guide decision‑making and campaign strategy.
• Proactive, growth‑minded and committed to continuous improvement.
• Full driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
