Support Specialist – Platform

About the role

Vista is looking for a Platform Support Specialist to deliver 24/7/365 proactive technical support and incident management for its Cloud, SaaS and managed‑service clients worldwide. You will act as a subject‑matter expert on the platform, mentor new staff and help continuously improve support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor platform health using proactive monitoring tools and resolve incidents promptly.
• Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 support for Cloud, SaaS and Managed Services incidents.
• Collaborate with global Vista teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Read program code, error logs and use Azure, SQL Server and networking knowledge to diagnose problems.
• Document all support activities in Vista’s issue tracking system.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and be available for urgent after‑hours support.
• Travel domestically or internationally as required.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base articles, playbooks and support documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or services.
• Experience with Azure, SaaS, VMS and cloud environments (preferred).
• Microsoft AZ‑900 or AZ‑104 certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and networking.
• Undergraduate degree in IT or related field (preferred).
• Team‑player with excellent communication skills and a passion for cinema technology.
