About the role
The Supply Chain Manager will lead Rocklabs’ end‑to‑end supply chain in Mangere, Auckland. This role is responsible for driving supplier performance, planning and operational excellence while supporting world‑leading automation technology. The position works on‑site and collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure seamless material flow.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a high‑performing supply chain team, overseeing daily operations, performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Shape supplier strategy and procurement processes to ensure reliable sourcing and cost‑effective purchasing.
- Support world‑leading automation technology by coordinating supply of critical components and ensuring timely delivery to production lines.
- Drive supplier performance, planning and operational excellence across the supply chain, monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement actions.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading supply chain teams.
- Strong understanding of supplier strategy and procurement.
- Ability to work on‑site in Auckland.
